Job Description

• Servicing new and existing clients, fostering a good relationship to achieve and exceed sales target.
• In charge of customer payment collection and scheduling of delivery.
• Ensuring a good end to end experience for clients
• Overseeing and continually giving ideas to enhance the shopping  experience in our showroom
• Assisting in the operations pertaining to the running of a showroom
  
  

• Coming up with programs and campaigns to boost sales
• Overseeing the setting up of events/exhibitions and ensuring its successful & smooth operation
• Working closely with our creative team to create online social media & ecommerce campaigns
• Oversee the collection and evaluation of customer data and the setup of customer loyalty programs
  
  

Job Requirements

• Good credentials on your ability to meet and exceed sales target
• Adept multitasker with great self-motivation and possessing the ability to follow instructions
• Positivity, vibrant energy, and keen to pick up new skills
• Good persuasion skills, Sharp & Articulate, a firm command of the English & Malay language. Good written and spoken Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong added advantage.
• A Good attitude and eager to prove your worth, having the patience & tenacity to establish good credentials within our organization
• Committed to bettering yourself and work ethics
• Team player with good vibes. In short, you are awesome to be with!
• Good management skills. Ability to track & manage all details and requests pertaining to an customer order or a task given
• Willing to work on Public Holidays and weekends
