Job Description
- You will be assisting the Managing Director to look into monthly payroll which includes overtime and claims.
- Develop employee benefit packages and to make sure that we are in compliance with Malaysia Labour Law.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to perform monthly/yearly financial planning.
- Manage office appliances are all equipped and all enquiries are handled in a proper manner.
- Able to balance between handling finances and HR duties in an orderly manner.
- Liase with managing director in order to ensure finances are all up to date.
