About The Job

  • Provide online publishers with excellent and timely services/technological advice to maximize advertising inventory
  • Check volume and negotiate on prices to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces for publisher clients
  • Optimize, track and analyze advertising performance and make suggestions to publishers for better performance
  • Look for new publishers to achieve monthly targeted revenue
  • Keep up to date with industry research figures
  • Collect and analyze sales/consumer data
  • Support and manage members in other countries to achieve the team’s target
  • Supervise other members’ work and provide advice and guidance for better productivity
  • Communicate with engineering team for product development projects
  • Improve the workflow and structure within the team to maximize efficiency

Job Requirements

The candidate should have an understanding of the online advertising industry, a passion for technology and the drive and ownership to work in a start-up environment.  The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity. The candidate should also have high energy, must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to react to changing priorities and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment is also critical.
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in digital marketing industry for 3+ years
  • Over 2 years experience in Media Buying Agency/SSP/Publisher Trading Desk
  • Over 1 year experience in a manager or leadership role
  • Have good a network of publishers
  • Familiar with startup culture
  • Fun to communicate with
  • Result-oriented mind with a passion for work
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Logical and comfortable with data
  • Independent, self-motivated and quick learner
