About The Job

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other Department's operations and it should be aligned with schedule and deadline.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Maintain costs and expenses records in collaboration with Finance & HR member to assist in budget monitoring such as internal & external event and up-coming request from other Department
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities such as the internet, working device and company's properties
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulation
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of any background
  • Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in this field, preferably someone been in a startup business
  • Excellent in communication and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent in Microsoft offices such as excel and word
  • MUST be fluent in English
