Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution, as well as impact future business opportunities
  • Write client briefs and work with internal teams to produce the best outputs
  • Understand company's product offering and advice clients and sales team on proposals or briefs
  • Create and manage project scope and timelines, implementing any necessary processes and procedures
  • Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables
  • Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines
  • Communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, trackers, assets, progress, and client deliverables - by implementing necessary processes or procedures


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing agency, especially in an account executive role
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as strong enthusiasm
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
  • Knowledge of digital tools & channels is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • “Can do” attitude & positive thinking
