Job Description

1. Provide optimum service support for customers through phone, personal visits, etc.
2. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, test tasks.
3. Investigate, troubleshoot product service issues and record solutions for reference purposes.
4. Address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
5. Develop documentations for after sales supports related issues and resolutions.
6. Coordinate and collaborate with various teams to fix product issues.
7. Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables
8. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
9. Educate customer representative about the product usage and maintenance.
10. Perform service activities according to company policies and safety standards.
11. Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay up to date on the latest technology and repair options 

Job Requirements

1. Proficient computer skills include Internet and email, word processing, spreadsheets. 
2. Graduated with engineering or technical background. 
3. Strong logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Able to understand and read technical documents, technical specification as well technical drawings. 
5. Possess own transport and able to travel independently
6. Passion in meeting up people and high degree of self-motivated personal.
7. Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
8. Passion in sharing ideas and suggestion to improve service as well as operation support.
9. Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
