Job Description

• Accountable, lead and manage the team effectively and efficiency to fulfill internal & external member request. 
• Optimize use of resource to meet day to day changes and challenges. 
• Managing day to day operation activities and liaising with other department manager to ensure operation matter are resolve. 
• To continually seeking new alternative methods of increase work efficiency and cost saving. 
• Setting and reviewing budgets and manage day to day Warehouse and logistic operation cost. 
• Overseeing inventory accuracy via weekly and monthly stock count to ensure all goods are proper store in warehouse. 
• Establish and review standard operation procedure from time to time. 
• To supervise and influence the subordinate with correct and positive work attitude. 
• To tack and measure subordinate performance from time to time. 
• To liaise and negotiate with external transporter to get better pricing or quote. 
• Any other assignments or reviews as and when necessary and delegated.  

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Degree on the related fields.
2. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related fields, experience in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) industry (preferably).
3. Preferably candidate who has exposure in managing Data Processing and Backend Operation 
4. Good in coordination and interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to work with all levels. 
5. Proficiency in MS Office especially in Words, Excel and PowerPoint. 
6. The candidate is meticulous and have great attention to details 
7. Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills. 
8. Strong planning, Inventory control and analytical skills 
9. Good command in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written. 
10. Positive attitude with strong commitment 
11. Able to adapt to different culture and environment .
