Responsibilities:
- To manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
- To monitor and replenish merchandise.
- To maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- To ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company standard
- To handle customers enquiries/complaint/issue.
- Assisting in retail paperwork, filling documentations, PO receiving items and others related to retail operation.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years in Retail industry
- Cheerful, Energetic and Result Oriented personalities
- Communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (the Mandarin Language will be an added advantage)
