• Responsible for Strategic Leadership of the Project
• Conduct the Requirement Gathering workshop and Sign-off
• Documentation and Compilation of all Deliverables Documentation
• Represents aminia in front of the Client and is responsible for client satisfaction
• Has bottom line responsibility for all aspects of the performance of the project (technical, schedule, costs and quality)
• Responsible for delivering the project at as-sold and within the Scope of Work (SOW) agreed
• Responsible for managing project risks and opportunities
• Establishing a high-performance delivery culture
• Responsible for Management of all phases of projects
• Delivering the Project in accordance with the approved budget and baseline schedule
• Ensuring the Project activities adhere to the requirements of the Quality Management System
• Ensuring the Project activities adhere to the requirements of the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Responsible for the development, approval and implementation of Project Execution Plan
• Oversees the planning and resource allocation of personnel throughout the project
• Define role, responsibilities and authorities for reportees
• Effectively delegates authority and responsibility
• Ensures that the Main Contract and Subcontracts are is correctly administered, including agreement to the variations to the scope of work
• Establish & maintain relationships with the Client & Subcontractors
• Drives the resolution of issues or conflicts between departments or with the Client
• Monitors and manages the project risk profile with the assistance of relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with the contract in all aspects
• Prepares and issues reports to the Client in accordance with contract requirements
• Liaises with the Client and key subcontractors as required
• Arranges and attends meetings with the Client and subcontractors as required.
• Ensures that all written documentation required under the contract is prepared and submitted on time and in accordance with contract requirements
• Ensures that all QA policies and practices are properly administered and executed
• Ensures that all personnel training requirements are met
• Ensures that the Contract is properly administered, especially protection of our contractual rights
• Oversees the management of change
• Ensures robust decision-making process is utilized and recorded
• Represents aminia in all meetings
• Ensures that the close out activities are properly performed, and documents submitted as required by the contract
• Utilisation of Sprint and Agile Methodology
• Usage of internet Project Management Tools and Task Boards (Zoho Sprints/Project/Connect)

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in relevant subject. PMP/ITILI/Scrum preferred
• Post Graduate Management qualification an advantage
• Minimum 10 years experience in a Project Manager role
• Experience in managing Lump Sum Turn Key Projects
• Proven track record in successful leadership of projects (in excess of RM1million) a pre-requisite
• Technical knowledge of multiple aspects of project delivery including Networking, procurement, software development, installation, project controls and contract management
• Effective communicator with client, executive management, project team, and venders
• Skilled negotiator
• Well Mannered Personality with an Assertive Attitude.
