Job Description

• Managing all sales related activity of the company and coordinating with production.
• Managing schedules and distribution of any sales documentation.
• To manage and prepare sales quotation to customer.
• Determine objective and strategy to achieve sales goals.
• Developing, maintaining strong and productive customer relationship with good customer support.
• Manage, coach, develop and motivate sales team.
• Ascertain customer needs and respond regarding products and service to strengthen mutual business commitment.
• To monitor sales administration.To control and monitor sales expenses and budget.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business studies or equivalent.
• Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• At least 5 years working experience in related field.
• Knowledge in SAP system & ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage.
• Good communication skills with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
• Willing to work at Balakong Jaya, Seri Kembangan (5km from The Mines Shopping Mall).
• 5 working days/week.
