About The Job

  • Handling administrative tasks, paper works, quotations, sales orders and bills.
  • Communicating with staff, clients, suppliers and others in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
  • Dealing with email enquiries and follow ups.
  • Working closely with designer and project manager to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / “O” Level
  • Required Language : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Interior Design Firm or Construction Firm.
  • Required Skills: Microsoft Office
