Job Description

1. Planning - Work with the Company leadership to identify talent gaps and needs of the company based on company strategy and growth with a six to twelve months forward view of the talent needs;
2. Recruitment - Handle end-to-end recruitment process by working with selected recruitment platforms and recruitment agencies to hire the right talents with the aim of building a strong and vibrant team; 
3. Onboarding - Improve on the current onboarding process and programme for new hires to ensure their smoothly transition into the Company and their respective departments;
4. HR & Talent Policy - work with Company leadership to clearly articulate company vision, mission and values and translate these values into enforceable HR policies, standards and practices;
5. Compensation & benefits - Support the company management and leadership to determine employee compensation & benefits and make improvements as the Company continues to expand.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in end to end recruitment process
• Passionate about the various facets of human resource, especially recruitment
• Experience in hiring blue collar workers would be an added advantage
• Self-motivated and wants to continuously improve - personally and professionally
• Resilient and flexible
• Strong research and inter-personal skills
• Good communicator with a pleasant personality
• Must be able to work from Monday to Saturday
