Job Description

As a Production Leader, you will:
(a) Supervise the various production process, including Prepping, Mixing, Baking & Packing- Monitor and support production processes of our products in their various sizes and genres according to our recipes;

(b) Making sure that all production areas are safe and hygienic places to work and maintained at all times. Also to ensure all team members adhere to safety and cleanliness SOPs;

(c) Quality Assurance - Ensure all products are maintained in its quality, packed in the right packaging and produced on a timely manner according to the daily and weekly production plan;

(d) Inventory Planning - Ensure necessary materials are available and organised in the production area;

Job Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Production/Kitchen line. Experience in Food Manufacturing would be an advantage.
A good team leader with strong communication skills
Willing to work hard and learn.
Good timekeeping.
Willing to work shifts.
