Job Description
- Assisting the maintenance of the Accounts Receivable, collection, preparing aging report and other related reports;
- Assisting the maintenance of the Accounts Payable on a monthly basis;
- Assisting the preparation of a full set of accounts for all subsidiaries;
- Reconcile cash account to bank statements and general ledger balance;
- Assisting to manage the full accounts for all our subsidiaries (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss);
- Assisting with the management of the consolidation report for the Group Company;
- Assisting with cash flow management;
- Liaising with the Auditor to ensure audit report is on track.
Job Requirements
- A minimum 1-2 years of management accounting experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Independence
- Able to speak clearly, confidently and persuasively
- A people-person who loves networking and is great at building relationships
- Highly motivated, positive and outgoing personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
