Job Description Summary
As a food startup's performance marketer, we are looking for a data-driven person who loves food and living a healthy lifestyle. You will be mentored by the Head of Performance Marketing to learn all about digital marketing and digital CRM. You will learn to plan, strategies and execute the company's digital marketing campaigns on Company website, Social Media, Google Adwords, emails to create brand awareness & conversions.
- works with Head of Digital Marketing to devise strategies to reach and engage target consumers by building scalable programmes and campaigns that span not only online but also offline channels;
- e-commerce platform management: responsible to manage from A-Z for all the commerce platforms including but not limited to Lazada, Shopee;
- manage the operations of all e-commerce platforms including customer experience, product listing and inventory level;
- constantly updating products to meet the seasonal & market changes. Optimising the user experience.
2. Execution: employs the use of online ads such as Facebook & Instagram ads, Adwords, SEO, email marketing and content syndication to attain Company objectives;
3. Collaboration: collaborates with the marketing, sales, IT and operations departments to optimise programs, campaigns, and landing pages, based on the real-time performance and the ROI;
4. Analytics: create a weekly report on the effectiveness of programmes and campaigns, conversion rates and online sales.
