Job Description

We are looking for an Inventory/Operations Executive for our growing health food startup. This role is essential to ensure that our fast-growing startup is able to meet all its orders from customers in Malaysia and abroad, both online and offline. Our customers range from individual consumers to multi-national companies and startups. Hence, the Inventory/Operations Executive must be able to easily adapt to the needs of different customers and problem solve quickly.

The responsibilities of this role include:

Manage daily inventory for finished goods and raw material
Plan daily production with the Head of Production
Responsible for monthly stock count
Responsible for accurate inventory system
Manage company records & receipts
Manage Inbound of raw materials
Manage outbound of finish products
Liaise with the logistic company with the movement of raw materials and finish products
Manage quantity control of finish products
Manage assembly of finish products

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

Kind & highly motivated
An efficient and fast-worker
Not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the work done
Has good attention to details
Works well in a fast-paced work pressure
Willing to learn and openness to develop personally and professionally
1-2 years of working experience in inventory is preferred, but fresh graduates who are self-motivated are encouraged to apply
Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics or its equivalent
