About The Job

  • Develop and execute strong and innovative digital marketing strategies including content, social, email, online advertising, SEO/SEM, PPC, link building, and other techniques to drive traffic to our eCommerce website
  • Experience driving traffic through Facebook Advertising. Has a comprehensive understanding of targeting and campaign structure best practices particularly regarding Facebook
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Paid Ad Platforms
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing KPIs
  • Be excited to grow and learn valuable skills with a fast-paced start-up
  • Research, identify and evaluate trends and insights for growth opportunities, and test new marketing channels and tools
  • Be a creative thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook advertising, Klaviyo, Magento and marketplaces 
  • Ability to make strategic decisions, manage marketing budgets, develop web initiatives and execute projects on-time.
  • Oversees campaign creatives and guides digital media planning and execution.
  • Conceptualises new and innovative ads and partners with the creative team for development.
  • Tracks media budgets and expenses by channel and country.
  • Determines which paid channels yield the best returns and allocates advertising budget accordingly. Monitors/adjust campaign controls to achieve optimal results.
  • Analyse advertising data to identify outliers in performance, delivery, tracking, and pacing.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) experience in optimising campaigns
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree or diploma, in marketing, business analytics, advertising/media, engineering, or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written fluency in English
  • Should be comfortable working with numbers, graphs, and charts
  • Should have an analytical and structured approach of working, and excellent logical thinking skills
  • In-Depth Knowledge on campaign management on major ad platforms such as Google Ads (SEM, Shopping, Display, Email, Video Campaigns) and Facebook.
  • Strong analytical skill on understanding how website users Interact with E-Commerce websites such as Google Analytics or Facebook Analytics.
