We are looking for a superstar Digital Marketing Executive for our fast-growing healthy snacks startup with established presence in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Amazin' Graze is one of the pioneers of the healthy snacks space in Southeast Asia. We currently operate our own e-Commerce platform across 8 countries and as well as through 200+ distribution points. Our social mission drives us to be actively involved in community & educate people about how to live healthy & meaningful lives.
As a food startup's digital marketer, we are looking for a creative and data-driven person who loves food and living a healthy lifestyle to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:
a) Strategy: works with Head of Digital Marketing & Head of Social Media to devise strategies to reach and engage target consumers by building scalable programs and campaigns that span not only online but also offline channels.
b) Execution: employs the use of online ads such as Facebook & Instagram ads, Adwords, SEO, email marketing, and content syndication to attain Company objectives. Manage company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) - plan weekly calendar, create content, devise contests and execute postings to help drive traffic and engagement to brand's social media channels.
c) Collaboration: collaborates with the marketing, sales, IT, and operations departments to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages, based on the real-time performance and ROI.
d) Analytics: create weekly report on the effectiveness of programs and campaigns, conversion rates, and online sales.
e) Content creation – work closely with the designers to build content (text, visuals or videos) for communication with the consumers by compiling all your content ideas in a monthly content calendar.
f) Influencer development – identify influencers and brand ambassadors according to Company’s strategic direction; build genuine and meaningful relationships with these influencers, ambassadors and bloggers to build a community of Amazin’ Graze brand advocates.
Job Requirements
This role is fast paced and suitable for people with 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, social media management, PR and communications. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
Analytical Skills: Portray a passion and exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate a fluency in acquisition of metrics, being able to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels.
Communication Skills: Strong communicator both in verbal and written form; have an ability to translate complex information and data into clear and easily understandable reports.
Adaptability and Creativity: Highly adaptable and has an ability to learn quickly and come up with prompt solutions for marketing campaigns and programs.
Team & interpersonal Skills: Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines, decisive, have a positive can do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, takes initiative
