Job Description
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- deal directly with customers either chats, email, telephone, etc
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- handle and resolve customer complaints
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- perform customer verifications
- process orders, forms, applications and requests
- organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- record details of actions taken
- communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- follow up on customer interactions
- provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other related field.
- 1-3 working experience in any related field
- Excellent in English in verbal and written form
- Adaptability and creativity skills to come up with prompt solutions
- Good team works as the role require interaction with diff departments
