Job Description

Role specifications:

Work closely with Company management to project demand of products by SKU
Daily planning of production inputs: workforce, raw materials, equipment etc, to meet customer orders
Develop production & quality control SOPs to ensure staff safety, facility cleanliness and production efficiency
Ensure smooth daily operations in the central kitchen and resolve issues that may arise
Ensure highest quality of production output with good QAQC SOPs and procedures
Understand and enforce health and safety precautions at the Central Kitchen
Ensure maintenance of kitchen equipment
Hire, train and mentor kitchen assistants

Job Requirements

Qualifications, skills and experience sought:

A minimum 3-5 years of central kitchen/manufacturing experience
A relevant tertiary or diploma qualification
Able to communicate clearly, confidently and persuasively
Highly motivated, positive and outgoing personality
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Good attention to details
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Great leader and a team person
