Job Description


Scope of the role includes: 

  1. Develop new customer accounts and growing clientele base;
  2. Manage, service and develop existing clients through customer visits and sales presentation;
  3. Execute sales activities to achieve sales target, revenue & growth;
  4. Review sales plans and activities with the Business Development team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of sales targets;
  5. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and personal involvement in customer relationships to remain consistent with business principles;
  6. Brainstorm and proactively create Sales Tools i.e. EDMs, Proposal Decks, Mailing List;
  7. Ensure timely execution of deliveries with clients;
  8. Work closely with various departments (Operations, Design, Marketing) with clear communications;
  9. Manage and assist in the operation of events held;
  10. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, presentations, etc.
  11. Ensure collection and ageing are up to date for the assigned accounts.


Job Requirements


Required Skills & Experiences 
  1. At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in corporate business development and sales for a fast-moving consumer product or service;
  2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  3. Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of account management, customer operations and category management principles;
  4. Previous experience converting consumer, category, competitor and channel/customer insights into marketing plans;
  5. Strong financial acumen and understanding of customer data/metrics;
  6. Ability to assimilate data and create solutions that are concise and easy-to-understand;
  7. Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally;
  8. Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams;
  9. Ability to adapt and improvise to changes efficiently;
  10. Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
