Job Description

We are looking for a mission & community-driven Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing healthy snacks family with an established presence in MY, SG and HK.  This self-starter will be responsible for driving distribution and market positioning of company products across our international markets.  Suitable for people who are good at building relationships and believe in living healthy lifestyles. 
 
Scope of the role includes: 
  1. Identify new market opportunities and acquire new business & retail customers according to Company's regional and international expansion strategy 
  2. Improve sales performance of existing customers throughout our international markets by using innovative & effective trade marketing strategies 
  3. Liaise with current and new distributors with a view of expanding our international market
  4. Analyze the performance of distributors, customers and support, whenever possible, the distributors and customers to improve sales performance of Company products
  5. Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  6. Identify and form innovative and effective partnerships with relevant organizations, people and businesses
  7. Present sale & market analysis, insights and recommendations to company management

Job Requirements

  1. At least 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in business development or sales for a fast-moving consumer product or service or health & wellness industry related product or service
  2. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across a wide range of audiences and geographies 
  3. Strong communication, relationship-building & team-work skills 
  4. Strong business sense and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
