Job Description

Job description:
  1. Training and onboarding - assist to train and onboard all new members of the team including but not limited to familiarising and briefing them on the Company’s policies, standard operating procedures and processes;
  2. Payroll - assist Human Resource Manager to prepare monthly payroll for all employees of the company including but not limited to keeping records of absences, annual leave, medical leave and all other categories of leave permitted under the Company’s policies and payment of EPF and Socso;
  3. Housekeeping - ensure all utilities, stocks, servicing and maintenance of the office together with its equipment is kept up to date and not in arrears as well as dealing with contractors and suppliers;
  4. Organisation - Maintains office services including but not limited to organising office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems to be maintained and updated regularly;
  5.  Certifications - ensure all documentation, policies and procedures in relation to HALAL and HACCP accreditation are maintained and updated at all times including advising the Chief Operations Officer on all latest requirements to be complied with prior to, during and after inspections to ensure the Company’s accreditation is renewed in a smooth and timely manner. 

Job Requirements

 Requirement:
  1. Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative and office management;
  2. Flexible and adapts well to constant change;
  3. Thinks out of the box and always looking for possible solutions;
  4. Independent and takes initiative;
  5. Multi-tasker and organised;
  6. Good communicator with great interpersonal skills.
