Job Description

Your Responsibilities:
  • Handling efficient operation of furniture warehousing daily activity.
  • Manage the picking, packing, delivery and shipping of good accurately and timely.
  • Manage the inventory at warehouse including stock return, stock damage and stock missing and coordinating the transportation arrangement and other logistic processes.
  • Plan and coordinate with warehousing workers for the goods receiving and storage arrangement.
  •  Plan and supervise the warehousing workers for the goods loading arrangement.
  • To update the receiving purchase order, receiving check list, warehouse stock card record and Inventory Control Report (ICR).
  • To manage stock movement and ensure inventory and racking are properly maintained.
  • Perform physical stock count and investigation for stock variance (if any).
  • Monitoring container loading and seal the container after fully load; monitoring for import unload container.
  • Update ICR, shipment documents, MITI application and container loading photo and send to related department.
  • Co-ordinating with local transportation / logistic company on local shipment booking, prepare and handle all relevant local shipment document and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Any other ad hoc assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Preferable 2 years of working experience in inventory and logistic environment.
  •  Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel & Word, ERP System & Auto count Accounting System.
  • Good in both spoken and written communication skill(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  •  A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Positive attitude, flexible, team-oriented, willing to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  •  Able to work independently.
