Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure the Sales department's daily activities and operation run smoothly.
- To provide general administrative and operational support to Sales Department.
- To ensure all sales documentation is up to date.
- To assist in resolving enquires from clients and operations.
- To assist in promotion & marketing campaigns planning.
- To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, and other related departments.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Follow up and monitoring on all sales cases
- Handle email correspondence
- Co-ordinate with warehouse for daily delivery schedules
- Quotation, S/O, Proposal
- Co-ordinate with DepartmentsÂ
- Documentation (Profile, Catalogue, etc)
Job Requirements
Requirement
- Mandarin, English & BM
- One Year Working Experience
- Fresh graduate welcome
- At least diploma
- Microsoft excel, powerpoint & wordsÂ
