Job Description

• Identifying, contacting, communicating and negotiating with both established and up-and-coming talent from a wide variety of backgrounds & skill sets
• Leading meetings with relevant clients to secure commercial work & negotiating budgets
• Making personal arrangements, coordinating event appearances, organising activities, agendas, and generally making everything run like clockwork
• Liaising with and managing relevant production partners, content creators, and other contacts
• Taking the lead on promotion strategies, from campaign concepts to ‘off-the-wall’ ideas for partnerships and publicity  

Job Requirements

1. Driven, determined, dynamic attitude; must be prepared to work independently in a fast-paced environment
2. Outstanding organisational skills
3. At least one years’ experience either in the talent industry or a very relevant alternative.
4. Strong knowledge of industry players, ideally with close, relevant personal contacts
5. Commercial acumen; preparing, pricing and selling proposals 
6. Fluent command of English (Bahasa Melayu and Chinese an added bonus)
