Job Description
ALYFE Group is a lifestyle marketing consultancy, providing a range of commercial services for our clients. Influencers, guestlist curation, video production, social & digital media and more; we are constantly looking for ways to provide commercial value for customer-facing campaigns. We have particular experience in hospitality (hotels and F&B) and consumer products (beauty & cosmetics, luxury accessories, etc.).
We put together tailor-made proposals and coordinate different services according to the client’s requirements. We sell creative campaigns with commercial value and then manage our wide network of resources to execute them.
No two days are the same; from coordinating influencer campaigns and planning social media schedules to attending exclusive openings at five-star hotels, our work covers all aspects of ‘lifestyle marketing’. We have an excellent network and an enviable client list which continues to grow.
The role would suit a candidate from a client-side marketing or agency background; PR, creative, digital, client services and sales would all be useful skillsets.

Job Requirements
Profile:
- Organised, outgoing, proactive and positive, with excellent communication skills
- Independent, focused and flexible
- Multitasker, with the ability to work towards tight deadlines on multiple projects
- Well-presented and confident, able to network effectively and appropriately in various settings; from black-tie balls and gala dinners to product launches and media events
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least two years’ working experience, preferably in a similar role and/or industry (hospitality, travel, consumer products)
- Proposal development & commercial experience; creating proposals from scratch with the ability to coordinate the required resources on time and under budget
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; other languages (e.g. Mandarin) is a bonus
- Comfortable with various software e.g. Office/Keynote, CMS/CRM, etc.
