Job Description

• Responsible for demand & supply planning, order fulfilment, inventory control, obsolescence management, transport cost minimization
• Develop stocks replenishment plan to distributor at the target DOS and inventory turnover
• Work in close collaboration with internal parties, eg. GTM and Sales team to coordinate monthly sales forecast, promotional plans and new launches,
• Maintain equilibrium between uncertain demand, forecast accuracy and inventory level
• Monitor and follow up closely on production and shipment plans, make sure customers receive goods on time
• Daily S&OP tracking
• Generate supply chain KPI report, analyze root cause and define action plan
• Refine workflows and procedures and strengthen internal control, continuously improve business procedures and efficiency 

Job Requirements

1. Applicants must meet the following minimum requirement in terms of working experience, qualification background technical and language skills. 
2. University Degree in Supply Chain management or related degree 
3. At least 2-3 years of Supply Chain experience in demand & supply planning, logistics, inventory management and customer service
4. Require very good communication skills, excellent oral and written Mandarin and English, Bahasa will be added advantage 
5. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
6. Highly independent personal with a sense of urgency, responsibility, result oriented and fast learning
7. A team player who is dynamic with mature personality and able to work under pressure
