Job Description
· Work with Activation & Planning Department on recruitment for project specific.
· Headhunting and sourcing for candidates through various online systems/medias and matching candidates with the available job openings.
· Screening resume databases for the most fit candidates.
· Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
· Weekly reporting on recruitment status.
· Perform pre-employment checks if required.
· To compile all required documents for submission to HR Department for processing.
· Assist in contract signing
Other administrative tasks that may be assigned.
Job Requirements
· 3-4 years of work experience in recruiting.
· Possess work experience in Recruitment, talent management, manpower recruitment strategy.
· Experience in both internal and external headhunting environment.
· Possess good judgement of character, fast paced and results oriented.
· Possess people assessment skills competency-based interview, personality tests selection etc.
