1. Producing monthly management account and dealing with auditor for yearly audit for group of companies
2. Coordinating board and member resolution for the group of companies with assistance from company secretary
3. Managing monthly HR payroll and taxes
4. General business administration in the company

Job Requirements

1. minimum 4 years of experience dealing with full set account
2. able to work independently 
3. proactive in bringing up suggestions to reduce company's operating cost 
4. friendly and able to manage stakeholders relationship to ensure smooth backend running in the company
