Job Description
- Be part of our nationwide dynamic technical team adding value to our technology and solutions
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
- Responsible for iOS and/or Android application development either in native or cross-platform.
- Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean, readable, and testable code
- Coding, testing, debugging, monitoring and documenting mobile applications
- You are responsible for mobile application framework design and development.
- Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
- Work with UI designers to improve user experience
- Liaise with development team to plan new features
- Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
- Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Mobile developer (Android & iOS)
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- 4+ years' experience in mobile application development
- Proficient in iOS application programming (Focus on Swift, but practical knowledge in Objective-C, XCode) and/or Android application programming (Java, Android SDK)
- Proven work experience as a cross-platform Mobile Developer in both Android and iOS is also eligible
- Experience with user experience and rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of API data feeds, ingestion techniques, data mapping, data modeling, and best practices for object oriented design patterns.
- Preferred experience with third-party frameworks such as Ionic, NativeScript, Cordova, and ReactJS
- Published examples of mobile applications on the Apple App Store and in the Google Play Store
- Must be proficient in the use of various application development tools and related application development test tools.
- Have strong object-oriented programming ideas, able to understand client’s requirement and architectural design capabilities.
