About The Job
- Determine and identify sales opportunities to acquire, manage and build strategic relationships with merchants and corporate accounts, in order to achieve short and long term sales objectives
- Acquire knowledge and selling skills for our services and products to promote and market company products and services.
- Source for leads through suitable approach which may include cold calls, referral and walk-in; pitch and onboard suitable merchants and corporate accounts for our online services
- Build and funnel sales opportunities via direct customer engagement, written and tele-communication
- Maintain good relationships with merchant and builds business opportunity by identifying and providing solution to customers and merchants
- Good in sales and negotiation skills
- Cheerful and friendly
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Candidates with previous experience in sales or with existing contacts to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) would have an advantage in this role
- Excellent command of English. Fluency in Malay, Mandarin, or any other languages would be an added advantage
- Fresh grads are open to explore. Training will be provided.
