Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Application Support Executive to assist our customers or partners with their booking and reservations needs. You will provide various support services, including answering customers’ questions, checking booking status, making travel changes etc

To be successful as a Customer Support Executive you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. We offer part-time and full-time positions.

Customer Support Executive Responsibilities :

  • Learn behind-the-scene workings of a technology driven business.
  • You will rotate to work on different business verticals (airline ticketing, online order, reservations) within the group.
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
  • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
  • Experience how to effectively navigate through various challenges and flight activities to ensure service level.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to professionally interact with our customers and partners.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the e-commerce, hospitality or travel industries.
  • Customer-service experience.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Organized and logical thinker
  • Make quick and rational decisions to resolve unforeseen situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective communication skills and good listening skills
  • Able to multi-task and carry out duties in a dynamic environment
  • English proficient, other languages are a plus.
  • Computer savvy
