Job Description

• Plan and hand-on daily fulfillment operations and ensure SOP is followed.
• Liaise with fulfillment teams to achieve on-time and accurate fulfillment, including inbound, tagging, storage, and delivery.
• Perform a regular audit on warehouse materials and safety practices.
• Coordinate with delivery partners for pick-ups and tracking related matters.
• Forecast, design and execute expansion plan to cater for fulfillment throughout peak seasons.
• Attend to client requests and communicate for exceptions as and when required
• To ensure warehouse cleanliness and maintain the standard of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• To complete other assigned tasks from superior. 

Job Requirements

• Hold at least a Diploma in E-Commerce, Business, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, and related field is preferred.
• Passion in cross-border logistics, supply chain & e-commerce.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Great team player with sense of humour!
• Required language: English and Malay.
