Job Description

• Plan and hand-on daily fulfillment operations and ensure SOP is followed. 
• Liaise with fulfillment teams to achieve on-time and accurate fulfillment, including inbound, tagging, storage and delivery. 
• Perform regular audit on warehouse materials and safety practice. 
• Coordinate with delivery partners for pick-ups and tracking related matters.
• Forecast, design and execute expansion plan to cater for fulfillment throughout peak seasons. 
• Attend to client requests and communicate for exceptions as and when required. 
  
  
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Hold at least Diploma in E-Commerce, Business, Administration or related field. 
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in fulfilment, warehouse, logistics and related field is preferred. 
• Passion in cross border logistics, supply chain & e-commerce. 
• Great analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Attention to details, exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
• Great team player with sense of humour!
