Job Description

• Overseeing e-commerce clients fulfillment needs from capacity, speed, requirements and executions.
• Coordinate with teams to support fulfillment operations, including receiving inventories, tagging, storage, pick & pack and delivery.
• Monitor delivery partner performance and onboard new quality partners.
• Managing e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate order management and fulfillment.
• Attending to client  requests and communicate for exceptions.
• Forecast fulfillment capacity and coordinate with teams to ensure the completion of fulfillment.
• Analyze client feedbacks and optimize to improve customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Hold at least Diploma in E-Commerce, Business, Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics and related field is highly preferred.
• Passion in cross border logistics, supply chain & e-commerce.
• Great analytical and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented, exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Great team player with sense of humour!
