Job Description

• Handle accounts and financial reporting activities in a timely manner.
• Keeping up-to-date record of invoices and rate card management. 
• Update daily planner to support operation payments.
• Prepare monthly management report and tax computation.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and attend to bank matters.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for enquiries, schedules, documentation, and statutory financial statements.
• Maintain necessary proper filing & documentations. 

Job Requirements

• Hold at least Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related positions and experienced with QuickBooks Online software is preferred.
• High integrity, attention to details, exceptional time management skills.
• Great team player with sense of humour!
