Job Description

• Handle client requests and enquiries through email, ticketing system and instant messaging.
• Liaise with teams to make things happen.
• Follow up with delivery partners for parcel related matters.
• Manage & monitor e-commerce orders and cross check to ensure completion and accuracy.
• Perform daily order routine to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Provide administrative support to fulfillment teams when needed. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer services related positions is preferred.
• Passion in communication and outstanding problem solving skills.
• Self-driven, dedicated and great attention to details.
• Detail oriented, exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Great team player with sense of humour!
