Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining receivable and payable transaction and working closely with the Head of Finance Department.                                                                                                                                                                   
Account Payable 
  1. To coordinate supplier invoices for verification, coding, and endorsement by respective Head of Department  
  2. To liaise with broking team on payments and ensuring the payment is made within 14 days period
  3. To perform monthly creditors reconciliation 

Account Receivable 
  1. To ensure sales amount in correct period and completeness of records
  2. To monitor insurer ageing and liaise with customers for collection 
  3. To perform credit control 
  4. To perform GL and ageing reconciliation monthly basis

Cash Management
  1. To perform monthly bank reconciliation 

Admin Support 
  1. Perform all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment and storage
  2. Manage inventory of assets and supplies, liaise suppliers (vendors) and place orders 
  3. Coordinate meetings, events and other similar company activities 
  4. Manage documents and files and answer phone calls
  5. Responsible for operation of a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
  6. Perform multifaceted general office support

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance/Insurance industry
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Gelenggang, Damansara Heights
