Job Description

Be part of an international retail organization as a BP&A Manager.

  •  Provide business support and analytics to the operation team in terms of Stores and Business performance compared to Budget, Forecast, prior year and benchmarking against the industry.
  •  Provide quality financial analysis on areas such as business performance, capital expenditure, and feasibility studies on such projects.
  •  Responsible for the preparation of strategic plan, budget and forecast.
  •  To ensure that internal controls of the Group are being adhered to.
  •  Provide industry wide studies / updates and studies on Retail industries for Malaysia.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy and have at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in retail/FMCG industry
  2. At least 3 years’ post-qualification financial planning & analysis experience and 2 years’ audit/full set accounts experience.
  3. An independent, self-driven and analytical individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
  4. Strong working knowledge with spreadsheets and presentation software and advantageous to have SAP and Business Warehouse experience.
  5. Strong communicator with business partnering experience combined with a strong attention to detail.
  6. Ready to take on adhoc assignments and deliver within tight timeline.
  7. Excellent command of spoken and written English
