Job Description

Be a part of the young and dynamic team in an Integrated Digital Consultancy agency! 
  • Work closely with the business development team to pitch for new business.
  • Ideate, strategize, and execute creative solutions for clients.
  • Plan and manage digital campaign budgets to achieve optimum results.
  • Pitch and present ideas to clients, attend client meetings with the business development team where necessary.
  • Brainstorm ideas, digital strategies, and prepare proposals for clients.
  • Provide direction to internal team and manage team performance to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Work closely with business development, internal team and, 3rd party media owners etc to execute digital campaigns according to plan.
  • Measure and prepare campaign performance reports of client campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).


Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently. Malay is an added bonus.
  • Candidate must be from Advertising Agency previously or working experience in a digital marketing/ advertising/ media/ marketing related field.
  • Strategic Thinking - Truly understand the fundamental and strategic behind every proposed idea and marketing plan. Possess leadership skills or quality, able to manage a team. 
  • Experienced in planning and managing digital marketing campaigns using digital media channels such as social media, SEO/SEM, email, affiliate networks, re-targeting etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and workflow.
  • Familiar with analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics etc.
