Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the headhunting team.
- Assist the team with the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Add candidate's details on Trello board.
- Format candidate's resume for proposals and ongoing project hiring.
- Improve client's and candidate's experience and process efficiency.
- Assist onboarding
- Ad hoc assignments will also be given.
- Completing reference checks.
Job Requirements
- Passionate about being a recruiter
- Strong communication skill
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline-Fresh Grads are welcome
