Job Description
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web and mobile applications. You will work with a range of clients on several different projects and must be adept at managing and building client relationships and reporting on the status of projects.
For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

What You will Do
● Client and team management
● Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
● Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
● Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
● Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
● Oversee End-to-End Delivery – Solution, Implementation and Support
● Ensure that the quality of our offering is measured on a regular basis and is best in class
● Lead and coach a team working on mobile application products that push the limits of technology
● Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
● Work in a fast paced environment, manage quality expectations against deadlines and keep your team motivated under pressure
Job Requirement
What we are looking for
- A certified Project manager and 4+ years of work experience
- Experience or knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- Should be well versed with the design thinking process
- Usage of new tools and delivery methodologies is a must
- Must be able to work with multiple clients/projects with efficient mechanics of delivery management
- Strong communication skills and experience in facilitation
- Familiarity with responsive, adaptive or native design and mobile development
- processes.
- Experience in Banking, Financial, Telecommunication Industry and exposure to Mobile Technologies is an added advantage
Additional Requirements
● At least 3 years highly analogous and hands-on experience managing a software development team in platform or enterprise technologies
● Experience as a Scrum Master is a plus
● Technical expertise is a plus
● At least 3 years of experience directly managing people
● Required Skill(s): UI/UX, Project management, Agile, Application Delivery
