1. Able to work together as a team to fulfill individual and partners’ sales targets.
2. Offer customers with adequate financial advice and promote Life Insurance and General Insurance products.
3. Able to keep track of weekly activity.
4. To identify the potential and capabilities of team members and offer support in the process.
5. Constantly motivate and boost morale amongst team members.
6. Able to constantly build and expand the team.

1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Candidates must have own transport.
3. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages is an added bonus.
4. Candidates with sales and marketing experience is preferred.
