Assist recruitment supervisor
Manage the recruitment process
Engage with potential candidates actively through all recruitment methods
Shortlist candidates on time
Working closely with Team in driving recruitment activities
Attend required training development programs
Participate in meeting
Evaluate resume and applications
Match suitable candidate to different positions
Opportunities to learn recruitment skills, digital marketing skills, telemarketing skills
Identify areas of improvement in HR strategies
Any ad-hoc tasks required by supervisor

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Min Diploma/ Degree in any related field
Strong analytical mind
Observant skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Mature personality
Able to converse in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu
Able to work independently
Positive attitude
Possess own transport
