Job Description

• To design supporting materials (flyer, posters, buntings, banners, slides, backdrop, etc.) for company events and activities. 
• Research and update with different design trends, knowledge of new industry trend and branding ideas.
• Work closely with the team to understand company brand and marketing initiative.
• Conceptualize and contribute new ideas to enhance agency’s brand identity.
• Create and design online graphic content for social media platform.
• To handle photography and videography for company projects and events.
• Liaise with partners, suppliers, vendors and printers for branding or marketing activities. 
• To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Advertising/Creative Multimedia/Visual Communication or equivalent. 
• Required skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint or any other multimedia software are preferred. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as being a team player. 
• Excellent design skills with an eye for detail. 
• Good time management skills, multitasking person and creative thinker are much preferred. 
• Experienced in photography and videography is an added advantage. 
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (written and spoken).
