Job Description

• Determine clients’ needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments
• Ascertain clients’ long-term goals
• Manage & Supervise own team members
• Develop coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term strategy implementation
• Provide service by providing direct deposit forms, processing changes in beneficiary, and analysing policy loan applications
• Establish trust funds for high-net-worth clients
• Build good relationships with customers and provide a high standard of service to customers
• Attending all required training development programs
• Attending daily morning meetings
• Achieving individual sales target

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn, self-confident, and target driven
• Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, and Malay
• Must have own transport
