Allianz Entrepreneur Program (AEP)
Primary Job Function:
1. Attend all required training and development programs.
2. Policy Review consultation.
3. Provide customize protection plan based on individual / group need based analysis.

Basic Income exclude commission:

Fresh Graduate: Rm 2,000 - Rm 3,000
Sales Experience: Rm 3,000 - Rm 5,000
Sales Team Leader: Rm 5,000 - Rm 8,000

Job Requirements

1) Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduated with Diploma or Degree Is encourage to apply.

2) Sales and marketing experience is preferred.

3) Possess own transport.

4) Converse well in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.

5) Strong Client Management and Relationship Building Skill

6) Must be willing to un-learn and re-learn.

7) Flexible and adaptive.
8) PCE & CEILI holder are adding advantage.
