Job Description
- Manage and oversee the effective and efficient management of HR functions within the group and provide leadership in HR management on matters and policies related to Recruitment, On-boarding, Retention and Training.
Job Requirements
- A recognized degree in any discipline
- A minimum of 6 years experience in planning, managing and executing HR initiatives including talent engagement, HR recruitment and retention aspects.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity. Tech savvy and good command of English and BM (oral & written)
- Experienced in e-HR platforms (BambooHR, Basecamp, CRM, SurveyMonkey etc)
