Job Description

• Preparation of cash flow, analysis and forecasting
• Prepare periodic financial reporting and year end closing, intercompany transaction and reconciliation.
• Handles accounts payable,accounts receivable and banking related matters.
• Able to handle full sets if of accounts and day to day accounting entries.
• Hands on computerized accounting system and excel worksheet.
• Assist in the statutory payment processing and liaison with all regulators.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts payable, receivable, bank and inter-company balance. 
• Financial analysis of all company activities and investments.
• Daily Record sales & expenses in the accounting software and prepare vouchers
• Follow up and ensure timely collection from customers and timely payments to vendors
• Work closely with company auditors, company secretaries for finalization of books
• Filing mandatory returns and other compliances

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least   Bachelor’s Degree /Professional Degree in Finance/Accaountancy  or equivalent.
2. Proficient in Malaysian accounting related subject matters and government law and regulation.
3. Good analytical and communication skills.
4. At least 3-5 years working experience in similar role.
